We recommend you split orders if you want none pre order products. Otherwise you will receive your order at the latest pre order date. 

Also please note that pre-orders are not cancellable by customers unless requested by email. 

Please understand that the outer case is for protecting the goods and we are not able to exchange products for minor dents, scratches and discolouration on the outer cover. 

We ask that you film an unboxing when opening your order as we will request this evidence when making a refund or claim with our suppliers.
