Shipping policy

UK SHIPPING

We use Royal Mail for UK based orders, we offer a range of options for the type of shipment you want such as express, 2nd class and tracked options. Once you add your items to your basket and access checkout your options will be displayed based on the weight/ size of your order as well as the price. 

Please allow 2-5 days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped to you. If there are any issues or delays you will be informed via email. 

We offer free shipping over £75 for UK orders. 

All our standard shipping under the value of £20 will be shipped via Royal Mail.

We will have video proof or receipt for proof of postage.

Please allow 14 days after you get your shipment confirmation to contact us if your order hasn't arrived. 

LOCAL PICK UP

We offer free pick up. If you have ordered a pre-order item, you will receive an email when your product is in stock and ready for collection.

Please collect within 48hrs of receiving the notification. 
Pick up times are are Mon-Sat 12-4 and Sunday 12-2.
On arrival please ring the doorbell & have your confirmation email ready.

NON UK SHIPPING

We use Royal Mail if you would prefer us to use an alternative courier please contact us via email: info@idolpopuk.com or use the contact us tab on our website. 

We can not be held liable for any import or customs charges (if you get charged these fees, you will be required to pay). Although we will try our best to avoid you being charged, these fees are controlled by your government . If you need any additional information regarding your country's customs charges. We suggest contacting your local customs office, as each Country has different fees.

Standard International Royal Mail aims not guaranteed: 3-17 Business days no tracking
Express International Royal Mail aims not guaranteed: 2-11 Business days tracked

We are monitoring the way that US are handling our shipments and will adjust accordingly.

PRE-ORDERS

* Pre-ordered items will be sent out once they arrive with us. Please allow at least 4 weeks from the release date for us to receive your items before we ship out your order. As our shipments come from Korea and Japan please keep in mind there can be delays *

If you order regular items as well as pre-order items, they will be sent out together when the pre-order items arrives.

If you require non pre-order items or you order items with different pre-order dates
We recommend you make separate purchases as we ship out all items together at the latest pre-order date.

MISSING ITEMS

If we missed any items in your order please let us know via email ( idolpopuk@gmail.com ) and we will try our best to rectify any mistakes. 

ORDER SHIPPED BUT NOT ARRIVED

If your order has not arrived to you within 14 days (UK ) or 1 month (international) of it being dispatched please contact us via email: idolpopuk@gmail.com

You will need to contact us within 60 days of the dispatch date as this is the Royal Mail deadline for claims. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 60 days we are unable to make a claim for you or issue a refund.
