Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have some exclusions on returns

  • We are unable to accept returns for photocards as we can no longer guarantee the authenticity of the product.
  • We are unable to accept returns for Mystery boxes or other Mystery items.
  • We are unable to accept returns for personal items such as cosmetics or socks
  • We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • This does no affect your statutory rights

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Pre-order cancellations/refunds

Please note Pre-order purchases (non-stock): As we have bought the item on your behalf if a refund is requested and accepted a 10% charge will be applied. If the item has already been shipped to you, you can request a return ensuring the item is in the original factory sealed packaging (you will not be refunded shipping costs).

Damages and issues

* We cannot offer a refund/return for damaged outboxes *

Damaged outboxes include - 

  • Album covers/boxes
  • Lightstick boxes
  • Magazine covers (front and back)
  • Merchandise packaging 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We recommend you film an unboxing as proof of the items condition when you receive it. 

According to manufactures regulations for photocards:

  • Only scratches larger than 1cm are allowed on the artist’s face. Other defects are not recognised.
  • Fine scratches that appear when the card is turned under light are not accepted

If there are any missing inclusions in your albums unfortunately we cannot offer a refund as we bought the albums factory sealed at full price from Korea. We recommend you contact the company themselves and see if they can offer a refund/exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
