All items will be shipped at the latest pre-order date. If you wish to order none pre-order items we suggest making separate orders if you would like the none pre-order items to arrive sooner. Otherwise we ship at the latest pre-order date. 

We do not offer order cancellations on pre-orders.

We suggest you film an unboxing video when you receive your items as proof of any damages, missing items etc. so that we can process a refund if needed. Our suppliers only offer refunds if there is an unboxing video showing proof.

Cancellations can happen if our supplier cancels our order. In this rare occasion we would refund you your order and shipping.*
